Damit liegt das Ferienhaus unweit bekannter Gipfel wie dem Großen Arber oder dem Großen Falkenstein. Dank seiner idyllischen Lage ist Rabenstein ein idealer Ort für entspannenden Natururlaub, denn die Ruhe und die klare Bergluft bieten beste Voraussetzungen, um sich im Einklang mit der Natur zu erholen und zu sich selbst zu finden. The mountains of the Bavarian Forest invite you to go for a walk, hike or cycle, because they offer fun and adventure, a nature experience with a touch of wilderness, but also peace and quiet, relaxation and recreation, both for active mountain climbers as well as for less experienced or comfortable hikers, nature lovers or our smallest guests. Numerous hiking trails are also suitable for prams and wheelchairs. But nature is not all that our beautiful Arberland has to offer, as it attracts visitors with an outstanding range of cultural events and a varied children's and family program.

Our house is situated in the beautiful mountain village of Rabenstein at an altitude of 700 metres and offers you a wonderful view of the Zwiesel valley and the Bavarian Forest mountains. It is located in the middle of the village, but without through traffic at the end of our private road. The bus stop for city, walking and ski buses is only 50 metres away and numerous hiking trails can be reached directly from the house. The entrance to a dense, snow-sure cross-country skiing trail network with access to the Bayerwald cross-country ski trail is located directly on the spot, as is a ski lift, a natural toboggan run, an ice pond and a Kneipp path. We offer our guests a bread roll and drinks service, hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing maps as well as a pick-up, drop-off and shopping service. For children there is a children's playground in the garden with playhouse, swing, sandpit and a table tennis table, a sitting area and a barbecue area.

Our house is situated 700 metres above sea level in the mountain village of Rabenstein near Zwiesel, surrounded by forest and nature. Countless hiking trails, cross-country ski runs, ski lifts, toboggan runs and a bus stop are within easy walking distance of the hotel. The Arber ski area is easily reached by ski bus. The visitor's facility of the national park and the house to the wilderness with its animal free area and the stone age cave are about eight kilometres away, the next summer toboggan run is about 15 kilometres away, the mountain bike park at the Geisskopf is 20 kilometres away and the treetop path of the Bavarian Forest is about 35 kilometres away. The house Hollerbusch is easy to reach by car, because the motorway junction Deggendorf, where the A3 and A92 intersect, is only 45 kilometres away. From there you can take the main road B11 and the Ruselstraße to Regen, from where you follow the B11 to Zwiesel and from there to Rabenstein. In Zwiesel there is also the railway station, from which we will gladly pick you up if you want to travel by train. Alternatively, there is also a regular bus connection from Zwiesel to Rabenstein.
