About the accommodation
The family farm, once specialised in the intensive cultivation of fruit trees, offers peace and relaxation in its three-generation house, which was completely renovated in 2003. The 9 ha ecologically managed farm is located at the border of Szczedrzyk and Pustków, only 1km away from Lake Turawa.
Tired spirits, green, nature-loving types, individualists, grandmothers and grandfathers, mums and dads with children, grandchildren and friends are cordially invited to a relaxing, unforgotten and refreshing holiday "for all the senses"!
We specialise in the cultivation of organic fruit and vegetables and the breeding of willow pigs (Mangalitza) and operate the only house and contract monastery in the entire region. We also offer an extensive range of environmental education.
Surroundings and activites
The location of the farm on the edge of the two villages Szczedrzyk and Pustków, in the middle of the Malapanetal and not far from the Turawa lakes is an excellent starting point for shorter or longer walks on foot or by bike. The cycle routes marked out in Malapanetal are ideal for one-day excursions, e.g. to Ozimek (German: Malapane), the centre of Prussian metallurgy in the 19th century, including Europe's oldest suspension bridge along numerous historic wooden churches around the Turawa Lakes or paddle tours on the Malapane to Dinopark in Krasiejów (fossils of 230 million year old silesaurus opolensis).
Those who are already "bored" by fields, forests, peace and mushrooms can embark on somewhat longer exploration tours: romantic castles, mansions and parks of the former Silesian magnates and dynasties, the "Silesian Shrine", the Annaberg, the nearby landscape park "Stobrawa", excursion to the "Honigland" (Kluczbork), Altvatergebirge Landscape Park, beer and goulash in Czechia, etc.
