Surroundings and activites

The blue house is located in the heart of Husum on the edge of the Eiderstedt peninsula. Ideal starting point for exploring the Wadden Sea National Park, the Multimar Wattforum, the lighthouse of Westerhever and the kilometre-long sandy beach of St. Peter Ordinger. But of course there is still a lot of culture and art to discover away from the sea as well as interesting cities like Husum, Friedrichstadt or Tönning. Day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen, a visit to the gallery at the Nolde Museum or an excursion to Danish Tondern are also possible.

1. Our interiors are to be walked on with slippers, please bring slippers with you. 2. We reserve the right to make you liable for the replacement or restoration in case of damage to room objects. Therefore, please inform us of any defects and damages already found when you take over the room. 3. Upon arrival we provide guests with towels and bed linen. As you prepare to leave us, please take off the used bed linen, leave the room waste-free, please empty used waste containers according to the sorting. 4. Of course we expect you to treat the premises as gently as you treat your home. 5. No refunds in case of cancellation.

Kaffee, Kuchen, Eis, Salat und Stille gehen immer. Oft mit irgendetwas oder jemandem auf dem Arm anzutreffen, entweder ein Berg Wäsche oder meine Tochter Polly. Immer für einen kurzen Schnack offen, und auch in ständiger Kommunikation mit der Natur, mir selbst, dem Wischmopp. Herzlich willkommen in einem Feld der Auszeit und Entspannung.
