Towels, slippers, bathrobes and most sheets are made from organic cotton. We prepare meals using organic, seasonal, high quality, and locally grown ingredients. We use organic cleaning supplies and bio-degradable laundry detergent, and hang laundry to dry. We use filtered/tested well water and energy-efficient appliances/light bulbs. We recycle, compost, and maintain an organic garden and a low-chemical swimming pool. We support local shops, artisans, restaurants, and regional organic farmers. We are supporters of Slow Food (www.slowfood.com) and believe in good, clean, locally, and fairly-produced foods and products. We plan to install solar panels in the future.
