At the doorstep of Peneda Geres National Park, we are a responsible and sustainable ecotourism spot focused on allowing our guests to enjoy nature, rest, and experience our traditions. Quality, service, and cultural interaction are the concepts to which Quinta de Lamosa Ecotourism is dedicated. The surrounding National Park is rich in flora and fauna. We ask that guests help us to protect the natural environment by walking carefully and not creating conflicts with any animals or wildlife. We offer recycling in the cottages and the national park, so there's no need to leave trash on the ground.

The houses are prepared with all the amenities of a hotel while maintaining high sustainability standards. Water is supplied by the spring and heated by solar panel. Water is reused for irrigation of fruit trees and crops of strawberries and blueberries. This accommodation allows guests to enjoy the Peneda Geres National Park and the many outdoor activities if offers while learning about the park and the region.

We offer various cycling tours, horseback riding, hiking, and canoeing. The area has a 300 meter Ecotrail that runs 36 km along the Vez river. The aquatic activities are done at 200 mts from the Quinta Lamosa the rest along the National Park so that the guests better contact with the Nature

Quinta Lamosa is in the Peneda Geres National Park, near Valdevez Arcos and the Vez river. The nearest village is Arcos Valdevez, which 5 km away. The Porto airport is 50 minutes away by car. Guests can rent a car at the airport or come by bus. We offer a shuttle service for 20€ per person. Those who visit us can move without needing a car and thus reduce CO2 emissions. We have ecological trails to go to the village to shop or to visit the National Park, its lagoons and historic villages.
